Job Description: 

The Warehouse Guard ensures the security and safety of VHI’s warehouse around the clock under the supervision of the Warehouse Keeper. You will monitor incoming and outgoing materials, control access points, and immediately report any safety or security incidents.

 .بمراقبة توريد وصرف المواد، وضبط نقاط الدخول والخروج، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أمنية أو سلامة  Duties and Responsibilities

•       Guard the warehouse during specified working hours, day and night. 

•       Follow VHI’s security and safety guidelines at all times. 

•       Monitor receipt of materials and secure delivery vehicles at the entrance. 

•       Supervise material distribution and organize beneficiaries during disbursement. 

•       Prevent any opening or operations outside official hours. 

•       Inspect safety equipment, locks, doors and windows daily. 

•       Report any suspicion of theft, burglary, fire or damage to the Warehouse Keeper and management. 

•       Control entry and exit according to the Warehouse Keeper’s instructions. 

•       Perform any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Keeper or management. 

 ال مهام والواجبات :  

•          حراسة المخزن خلال ساعات العمل المخصصة نهاراً ا وليلاً . 

•          الالتزام بدليل الأمن والسلامة الخاص بالمؤسسة في جميع الأوقات . 

•          مراقبة توريد المواد وتأمين الشاحنات عند مدخل المخزن . 

•          الإشراف على عملية صرف المواد وتنظيم المستفيدين أثناءها . 

•          منع فتح المخزن أو إجراء أي عمليات خارج أوقات الدوام الرسمي . 

•          فحص أدوات السلامة والأقفال والأبواب والنوافذ يوميا ً. 

•          التبليغ عن أي اشتباه بالسرقة أو الحريق أو الأضرار لأمين المخزن والإدارة . 

•          ضبط دخول وخروج الأشخاص والبضائع بناءً على توجيهات أمين المخزن . 

•          تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من أمين المخزن أو الإدارة . 

Education And Skill Requirement: 

•       Secondary school diploma or equivalent. 

•       Minimum 1 Year working in relative field with NGOs or INGO. 

•       Physical fitness and ability to stand for prolonged periods. 

•       Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

•          خبرة لا تقل عن سن ه  في مجال الحراسة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية محلية اودولية  

•          فهم جيد لإجراءات الأمن والسلامة الأساسية . 

•          مهارات عالية في المراقبة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل . 

•          لياقة بدنية وقدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة . 

•          القدرة على متابعة التعليمات المكتوبة والشفهية .

•       Project warehouse guard must adhere to VHI policies and the code of conduct, as well as faithfully and responsibly representing the organization.
