Position: Awards Management Coordinator Reports to: Head of Awards Management Location: Aden ROLE PURPOSE: The purpose of this post is to support the Award Management team in the planning, securing and managing of both development and humanitarian awards. The position involves supporting award information management and compliance with systems and processes. The role works closely with district and school-level counterparts to support implementation of learning materials distribution, teacher/supervisor support, school-level planning, and monitoring. This includes supporting implementation quality for Sub-component 1.2 (student learning materials, ASER, reading and remedial support) and Sub-component 1.3 (teacher/principal/supervisor support, school improvement planning, and supportive supervision tools), and ensuring complete documentation and data flow to MEAL. KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Program Implementation: The Project Coordinator will: Oversee the technical and managerial implementation of the SEAL project in the governorate and ensure the efficient delivery of the project activities. Support Officers/ Assistants in preparing individual weekly work plans and review their performance on weekly and monthly basis. Plan actively for field visits for SEAL Team in advance of trips. Ensure that the project is being implemented according to budget, time and quality parameters of Save the Children and World Bank.
